Our training center aims to encourage and support the development of gelato culture everywhere, guiding people in their rediscovery of the pleasure of enjoying an ice-cream that's not just good, but also genuine. 

Our role is to support anyone wishing to open a new ice-cream parlour, but also those who are already working in the sector and seek excellence in their production. 

Our main goal is to develop the art and the science of gelato production, give information about the technology and promote Italian gelato as a symbol of universal authenticity.

Our seminars are delivered in both Italian and English. 

The headquarters of our training lab is in Noci, but we also have numerous branches around the world.
